Ordering Information

To Place an Order:  Fill in the desired initials (and Western icon) and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the page with the item you desire.  You will be taken to a secure PayPal payment page where you will have the opportunity to order more items, change what you have ordered or checkout and pay.  A pop-up will appear asking you if you want to view all items on the page - some are secure and some are insecure.  The only item on the payment pages that is insecure is the T-Bone logo.  You can feel confident that your private credit card information will not be seen - not even by us!  That's why we chose PayPal to service our credit card payments - it is the most secure method of payment handling.  After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email once PayPal has processed your credit card payment.  Please note that although you may pay by eCheck**, the increased processing time will delay the production of your order approximately 1 week.

Your branding iron will be manufactured and shipped within 4 days except during busy seasons when there may be delays.  Please specify any deadlines you may have and we will make every effort to beat that deadline.

**Information regarding eCheck usage:

If you use a U.S. bank account, it can take up to four business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.

If you use a Canadian bank account, it can take up to eight business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.

If you use a UK bank account, it can take up to nine working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.

If you use an Australian bank account, it can take seven to eight working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.

Your recipient's account does not reflect your eCheck payment until the funds transfer is complete.
