To Place an Order: Fill in the
desired initials (and Western style) and click on the "Add to Cart"
button on the page with the item you desire. You will be taken to a secure
PayPal payment page where you will have the opportunity to continue shopping,
change the quantity you have ordered or checkout and pay. A pop-up may appear
asking you if you want to view all items on the page - some are secure and some
are insecure. The only item on the payment pages that is insecure may be a logo. You can feel confident that your private credit card
information will not be seen - not even by us! That's why we chose PayPal
to service our credit card payments - it is the most secure method of payment
handling. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email
once PayPal has processed your credit card payment. If no email arrives,
it may have been filtered out as spam by an overzealous email filter from your
internet provider. Please note that
although you may pay by eCheck*, the increased processing time will delay the
production of your order approximately 1 week for US orders.
Your branding iron will be manufactured and shipped
within the current production time noted at the top of every page. Please specify any deadlines you may have and we will make every
effort to beat that deadline. Note that you can select "Rush
Service" to have your order manufactured within 24 hours (not available
on Custom brands).

If you use a U.S. bank
account, it can take up to four business days for the electronic funds transfer
to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your
payment.
If you use a Canadian bank account, it can take up to eight business days for
the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available
to the recipient of your payment.
If you use a UK bank account, it can take up to nine working days for the
electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to
the recipient of your payment.
If you use an Australian bank account, it can take seven to eight working days
for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become
available to the recipient of your payment.
Our T-Bone Brands account does not reflect your eCheck payment or order details until the funds
transfer is complete.
Shipping Information
Our standard shipping method is US
Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail has been found to be
most cost effective and reliable. Within the US, Priority Mail
takes 2 days to most major cities and 3 days to outlying areas.
Express Mail is also available. You can choose Express Mail once
you are inside the shopping cart. Within the US, Express Mail
takes 1 day to most major cities and 2 days to outlying areas.
On orders of $200 or more we ask for
Signature Confirmation for your security. There is no additional
charge for this service.
Should your order fall under $200 and
you would like to add Signature Confirmation, please click on the
Signature
Confirmation button in the column to the left. The cost is
only
$2.05.
Please understand that we do everything
in our power to ensure that your item(s) is delivered in a timely and
secure manner. The liability of T-Bone Brands ends with Delivery
Confirmation from the USPS. Although we've only seen 1 missing package over the past 10 years, should a package show as
being delivered and you don't have it, please contact the local post
office. Should this produce unsatisfactory results, we suggest
that you contact your local police to report a theft and then contact
your homeowner's insurance.
